Kindergym (Level 1):  An introduction to
gymnastics for children 3-5 years.  Youngsters learn
basic flexibility, strength, coordination and spacial
awareness, with focus on cooperation and social
interaction. Students are introduced to all equipment.

Tumblefun (Level 2): A beginning gymnastics
class offering instruction on all apparatus with
attention to terminology, health, nutrition, and body
positioning.  Students start with a 10 minute
warm-up and enjoy 3 fast paced events which
rotates weekly.

Team (Level 4-Elite): An advanced class designed
to refine previous skills and introduce concepts of
competing.  Gymnasts will work on USA Gymnastics
compulsory routines.  Commitment to the training
schedule and dedication to the sport must be
exhibited at this level.  Gymnasts will learn
sportsmanship, team work, and self confidence,
through a series of progressive experiences.

Power Tumbling: Power tumbling class is
designed for junior high and high school athletes
ages 9 & up. They learn to tumble on all
equipment including: tumble-trak, spring floor, rod
floor, and trampoline.  A great place to enhance
cheer skills, or just have fun power tumbling.

Free-Running (Parkour): Free running is a form of
urban acrobatics in which free runners use the city
and rural landscape to perform movements through
its structures. It incorporates efficient movements
from parkour, adds aesthetic vaults and other
acrobatics, such as tricking and street stunts. Free
running class is practiced in the gym with mats and a
professional coach. Free runners learn on equipment
such as trampoline, spring floor, foam pit, bars, vault
and tumble-trak.
